Terms And Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply to the web site
service offered by F1 Challenge. By using the service from
F1 Challenge you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.
- F1 Challenge will not get involved in any kind of dispute
between players of an F1 Challenge league or leagues.
- By registering for the game and/or playing the F1 Sweepstake the entrant warrants that
gambling is not illegal or forbidden in the state or country
from which they reside and that F1 Challenge will not
be held responsible for any fines in respect. Strictly
no entries can be accepted from users in countries where
gambling is forbidden.
- Entrants must be the age of 18 and over as on 1st January
2010.
- F1 Challenge reserves the right to change any league
team name that is felt in its sole opinion to be inappropriate
or offensive. Unsuitable names will be changed to "Team
x", where "x" is the next available team
number.
- F1 Challenge expects users of its site to use their
own name and have a working email address whilst playing
the game. If it is felt that a player has not used their
real name, and/or the email address provided does not
work then we will remove that player from the Hall Of
Fame. This will not affect them being able to play within
their own league, however, inappropriate or offensive
names within a league will be changed to "Player
x", where "x" will be the next available
number starting from 1.
- F1 Challenge cannot guarantee 100% uptime of its service
hosted on its servers, but will endeavor to restore website
services back to normal operation as soon as possible
in the event of any Denial-Of-Service attack, software
corruption, hardware failure or other such problem.
- The copyright for all material provided by F1 Challenge,
such as HTML code, graphics, photographs and text, are
the property of F1 Challenge
- F1 Challenge makes every effort to have its site display
acceptably in the most popular current browsers, but cannot
accept responsibility for pages which do not display acceptably
in new versions of browsers released after pages were
designed.
- F1 Challenge will periodically backup any data stored
on its servers. However, you will accept that changes
to your team maybe lost between the last back up of data
and a fault occuring on our server.
- F1 Challenge will not be held responsible for any email's
that were sent by our server, but failed to reach its
intended recipient.
- By agreeing to these terms and conditions your statutory
rights are not affected.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

F1 Challenge shall not be responsible
for any loss of player's turnover, sales, revenue, profits
or indirect, consequential or special loss, which may
arise from F1 Challenge’ servers going off-line
or being unavailable for any reason whatsoever.

Further, F1 Challenge shall not be responsible
for any claimed damages, including incidental or consequential
damages, resulting from the corruption or deletion of
any team selection from one of F1 Challenge' servers.
All damages shall be limited to the immediate termination
of service.

F1 Challenge shall be the sole arbiter of what
is and is not a violation of these acceptable use policies.

F1 Challenge reserves the right to terminate
a league at any time and for any reason that causes harm
to the F1 Challenge web site.

F1 Challenge reserves the right to delete
all data related to a league upon termination.

F1 Challenge reserves the right to withhold
any league for any violation of these policies.

F1 Challenge reserves the right to refuse,
cancel, or suspend service at our sole discretion.
F1 Challenge reserves the right to change or modify any of
the terms and conditions contained in the Terms and Conditions.
